Fire protection at home and on the go: extinguish flames in the bud

Cuxhaven district. Every two to three minutes, a fire breaks out in an apartment or house in Germany, often due to defective electrical appliances or unattended candles. Fire hazards also lurk during camping or campfires in the garden. In an emergency, quick reaction can save lives.

Only 120 seconds to react
To prevent a small ember from turning into a dangerous fire, there are only about 120 seconds in an emergency. Because after just two to four minutes, toxic smoke gases form, from which only escape can save you. With the help of a fire blanket, you can quickly get fire sources under control. All the more practical if this blanket is already within reach on the sofa, in the bunk, or by the fire - like the cozy and fire protection blanket "Cosy Fox" from Ask The Fox. With its high-tech fiber PyroTex, it smothers flames without dripping or gas development and is always a warming companion.

Prudent behavior prevents fires
A fire extinguisher should also always be within reach, and smoke detectors are essential for timely warning. (djd) More fire protection tips are available at www.ask-the-fox.
