Instructions for the ASK THE FOX
Fire Protection and Fire Extinguishing Blanket with a Cozy Feel

1. Practical for everyday use - Daily use (indoors and outdoors)

Function: The ASK THE FOX - Fire Protection and Fire Extinguishing Blanket with a Cozy Feel is designed to be not only warm and comfortable, but also extremely heat-resistant. It can therefore be used like an ordinary throw blanket and does not need any special treatment, maintenance, or preparation. It should always be kept within easy reach on the sofa, armchair, bed, in the office, car, camper, or on a sailing yacht. This is especially important if you have children or pets at home.

Care: Carefully brush off dust or dirt. If needed, the blanket can be washed at 30 degrees and air-dried or taken to a dry cleaner. Avoid tumble-drying and high spin speeds.

2. Emergency use

Emergency use for firefighting as an initial response to small fires
Stay calm: Try to keep a cool head if a fire breaks out indoors or outdoors.
Grab the blanket: Hold the blanket by its two upper corners in front of you to protect yourself from the flames.
Smother the flames: Carefully but quickly place the blanket over the flames to cut off the oxygen supply.
Carefully press the blanket down over the fire so no air can get in.
Check the fire: Leave the blanket over the fire until it has been safely extinguished.

3. Usage tips

Maintenance-free: The blanket is made of the fire-resistant fiber PyroTex®, so its flame-retardant properties are inherent.
It therefore provides lasting fire protection.
Replacement: For aesthetic and hygiene reasons, however, it is recommended that you replace the blanket every 5 years.

4. Sustainability

Durable quality: The blanket is robust and designed for long-term use. However, it should not be used again
after a fire.
Disposal: If the blanket is badly damaged during use, dispose of it like other textile products or ask local recycling centers about sustainable disposal options.

The ASK THE FOX fire protection blanket innovatively combines coziness and protection - ideal for anyone who values safety and does not want to compromise on comfort!
